For each stadium and match in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament, FIFA will allocate a specific number of tickets reserved for individuals with disabilities and limited mobility. Some of these tickets will be in designated accessible seating sections, while others will be in areas that offer easier access to entrances, amenities and exits.
There are three types of accessibility tickets:
| Accessibility Category | Eligibility | Features |
| Wheelchair User | - Users of wheelchairs or mobility scooters | - Entry permitted with manual/electric wheelchair or mobility scooter |
| Easy Access Amenity | - Individuals with limited mobility who do not use wheelchairs - Those unable to bend knees or needing extra space (e.g., using walking aids or crutches) - Individuals with service dogs |
- Extra space - Accessible for service dogs - Minimal step access whenever possible - Only available in the Guadalajara Stadium |
| Easy Access Standard | - Individuals with disabilities or limited mobility who do not require a wheelchair space | - Seating with minimal step access - Located near accessible amenities |
Please note: Under ticketing accessibility rules, each participant is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per household for each match, and no more than 20 tickets in total for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament, including companion tickets. Additional companion tickets beyond this limit cannot be requested.
Wheelchair User
The Wheelchair User category applies only to users of wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
All other accessibility needs fall under the Easy Access Amenity and Easy Access Standard categories.
Customers may purchase up to 10 tickets per match in total, including companion tickets. For each Wheelchair User ticket purchased, one companion ticket may also be purchased. However, the total number of tickets, including both Wheelchair User and companion tickets, cannot exceed 10 per match.
Due to stadium infrastructure, only two adjacent seats are available for wheelchair users and their companions.
Easy Access Amenity and Easy Access Standard
Customers may purchase up to 10 tickets per match in total, including companion tickets. The combined total of Easy Access Amenity or Easy Access Standard and companion tickets cannot exceed 10.
For each companion, you must select the same category as your own ticket. For example, if you purchase Easy Access Amenity, you must also purchase the same ticket for your companion, making a total of two Easy Access Amenity tickets.
Up to four Easy Access Amenity ticket holders can be seated together, while up to two Easy Access Standard ticket holders can be seated together.
Additional Easy Access Amenity or Easy Access Standard companion ticket holders will be placed as close as possible.
Fans should only purchase accessibility tickets if they require them, as availability is limited and seat locations vary by stadium. If FIFA Ticketing determines that the accessibility ticket holder is not eligible, it may cancel the accessibility tickets and any companion tickets without notice or reassign the accessibility ticket holder and companion to different seats within the same category.
Companion ticket holders will be seated as close as possible to the accessibility ticket holder. However, the exact seat location cannot be guaranteed, and FIFA Ticketing cannot ensure that it will be immediately adjacent to the accessibility ticket holder’s seat.
