Accessibility tickets for PMA Supporters cannot be purchased directly through the FIFA ticketing account. To obtain these tickets, please follow the steps below:
1) Go to your FIFA ticketing account and select the ticket product available for purchase (e.g., PMA Supporter Ticket).
2) Please contact us via the contact form to request switching the PMA Supporter ticket you have purchased for an accessibility ticket, subject to availability.
The accessibility ticket issued will correspond to the category of the ticket originally purchased. Some tickets will be in designated accessible seating sections, while others will be in areas that provide easier access to entrances, amenities, or exits. Accessibility ticket holders and their companions will be seated as close as possible to the PMA Supporter section.
