Please consider the following if you have not yet received payment for your exchanged ticket(s) listed on the FIFA Exchange Marketplace at FIFA.com/tickets:
Payment will be made within 60 calendar days from the date the ticket is purchased by the new buyer provided all terms have been met, and the required payment information has been submitted.
If you list your FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament ticket(s) and it is successfully exchanged, you will receive the exchange price minus the exchange fee of 15% (such fee inclusive of applicable taxes).
Refunds will be issued to the payment card used for the original ticket purchase.
