1. How do I create a FIFA ticketing account?

You can follow the steps below to create a FIFA ticketing account if you do not have a FIFA ID:

  1. Visit FIFA.com/tickets

  2. Select the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament section, then click on the “Learn more” button

  3. Click on the ‘‘Buy now’’ button

  4. You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA ticketing account, where you can create one by clicking on “Sign Up” and entering your personal details

  5. Click on “CONTINUE”

  6. You will then be prompted to create a password and agree to the Terms of Service

  7. Click on “CREATE ACCOUNT”

  8. You will then receive an email on the same email you have created your account with. Once you select the “Confirm your email” button, you will then be redirected to your FIFA ticketing account where you will be able to see a notification message that your account has been created successfully

    • Otherwise, you can copy the access code available on the email that you have received and paste it into the box on the browser where you have started the account creation process.

    • Once you provide your code, please select the “Verify My Code” button

  9. You will then be redirected to your FIFA ticketing account. Please, make sure that you provide all your personal details, filling in all the mandatory fields to complete the creation of your account. Once you have submitted all the relevant information, please select “Save” at the bottom of the page. Your account is now ready!

Please note that the FIFA ID and FIFA ticketing account are linked through a single sign-on (SSO) process, meaning when you create either account, you can use the same information to proceed with the next steps.
