You may withdraw a listed ticket from the FIFA Exchange Marketplace only under the following conditions:
The ticket has not yet been purchased by another customer
The ticket is not in another customer’s cart
Once you list a ticket on the FIFA Exchange Marketplace, it will no longer be available for your use. We recommend submitting withdrawal requests at least one day before the relevant match. Until the withdrawal is processed, the ticket remains unavailable and may still be purchased by another customer.
