To purchase FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament ticket(s) through the FIFA Exchange Marketplace, please follow the steps below:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament section, then click on the “Learn more” button located within the “Tickets” card
Click on the “Exchange Now” button within the ‘‘Marketplace’’ option once you are on the tournament page
You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA Exchange Marketplace, where you can sign in
After providing your credentials, you will receive a verification code at the email address you registered with. Use this code and click “SIGN IN”
Once you enter the FIFA Exchange Marketplace, click “BUY TICKETS” at the top of the screen
Then click on the “Buy” button to see all the tickets available for purchase on the Exchange Marketplace
Click on the match you are interested in and select the ticket(s) you wish to purchase in the respective category
To add your selection to the cart, please select “Add to cart”
Once the tickets are in the cart, click on “View | Modify your seats” to select seats on the map from the available options within the category you chose
Click on “Complete your seat selection” to save your choice. You will be redirected to your shopping cart.
If you wish to buy additional matches, click on “Continue shopping”
Once you have added all the tickets you want to purchase to your cart, click “Buy now”
You will then be redirected to the “Ticket exchange summary”, where you can view all the tickets you have selected for purchase. To proceed with your payment, you must first agree to the legal terms, by ticking the respective box. Then, click on the “Proceed to payment” button.
Submit your payment card details to complete the purchase, and when ready, click “Pay now”
Please note: You can only add tickets for one match to your shopping cart at a time. To purchase additional tickets, click “Continue shopping” after each selection. Also, please be aware that FIFA Ticketing does not guarantee that you and your guests will be seated together, even if the tickets are purchased in the same transaction and for the same match.
While the FIFA Exchange Marketplace lets you buy tickets originally purchased by other fans, you can also purchase FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament tickets through the official sales phase announced on FIFA.com/tickets.
