To remove your FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament ticket(s) from the FIFA Exchange Marketplace, please follow the steps below:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament section, then click on the “Learn more” button located within the “Tickets” card
Click on the “Exchange Now” button within the ‘‘Marketplace’’ option once you are on the tournament page
Enter your login credentials and click the “SIGN IN” button
Once you are on the Homepage, click on “My Tickets” from the menu on the right-hand side of the portal.
You will be able to see the tickets you listed for exchange. You can remove all of them at once by clicking “WITHDRAW ALL EXCHANGES” or remove them individually by clicking “Withdraw exchange”.
After reading the prompt, click “OK” to proceed. A pop‑up message will appear confirming that your tickets have been withdrawn.
Please note that you may withdraw a ticket from the FIFA Exchange Marketplace at any time, provided it has not been exchanged, the applicable exchange period has not ended, it is not currently in another customer’s cart, and the Marketplace is not undergoing scheduled maintenance.
