Provided that you purchased your tickets on FIFA.com/tickets, you can follow the steps below to list them on the FIFA Exchange Marketplace:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament section, then click on the “Learn more” button located within the “Tickets” card
Click on the “Exchange Now” button within the ‘‘Marketplace’’ option once you are on the tournament page
You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA Exchange Marketplace, where you can sign in
After providing your credentials, you will receive a verification code at the email address you registered with. Use this code and click “SIGN IN”.
Once you have signed in, click on “EXCHANGE” from the menu on the top of the page
You will see the tickets you are entitled to submit for exchange. Click on “View my ticket(s)” to view the tickets in the match and category you wish to exchange.
After clicking on the check box of the tickets you wish to exchange, click on “EXCHANGE” at the bottom center of the screen
Set your desired exchange price within the allowed range for each ticket, and repeat the process as needed
Click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page to agree to the legal terms
Then click the “PUT ON EXCHANGE” button to list your ticket(s) in the FIFA Exchange Marketplace
The FIFA Exchange Marketplace (Mercado de Intercambio de la FIFA) initiative is designed to protect you from invalid or unauthorized exchange and is subject to federal and local regulations, as well as the applicable terms and conditions.
Please note that there is no guarantee your FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament tickets will be exchanged, as this depends on demand from others.
