Ticket confirmations will be sent via email to ticket purchasers who successfully purchased their tickets on FIFA.com/tickets. The confirmation email will include details of the tickets assigned and serve as proof of purchase.
Please note that the ticket confirmation email and/or a copy of the ticket receipt are not considered tickets and cannot be used for entry into the stadium. Only the mobile ticket in the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app is considered a valid ticket.
