If you have successfully purchased a ticket, you will receive your FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament tickets as mobile tickets via the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app.
A mobile ticket is a secure digital ticket that will be delivered to your Android or iOS smartphone via the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app if you have purchased tickets online at FIFA.com/tickets. Your mobile tickets will be available in the official FIFA mobile tickets app starting mid-March.
When the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app becomes available, you will be able to access your tickets by downloading the app from your device’s app store (App Store or Google Play), logging in with your FIFA ticketing account, and retrieving your tickets directly within the app.
Please note: Mobile tickets cannot be printed or downloaded as PDFs. Screenshots are also not accepted for stadium entry.

For security reasons, the QR code granting you access to the stadium will only appear a few hours before the gates opening time on matchday.
