Guests are strictly prohibited from sending tickets to other guests under any circumstances. If a guest can no longer attend the match or no longer need their ticket, they must return it to you (the main ticket holder).
If your guest has not yet downloaded the tickets, they should follow the steps below:
Open the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app and sign in
Go to the “Transactions” section
Under “Pending,” select the respective ticket(s)
They will then have the option to download all tickets or return them
If your guest has already downloaded the tickets, they should follow these steps:
Open the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app and sign in
Tap on the "My tickets” section located on the lower left side of your screen
Select the ticket(s) they wish to return
They will then have the option to return them
Once the ticket(s) are back in your FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app, you can either keep them or click the ‘‘Send your ticket(s)’’ button to send them to new guest(s).
