If you are logged out on your devices, download the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app on a new device and sign in using the same credentials you used during registration. Please keep in mind that access is limited to two devices only, but you can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you attempt to sign in on a third device, you will receive a pop-up message saying ‘‘Sign in not possible’’.
If you are logged in on a different device and cannot log out or are experiencing additional issues, you will receive a pop-up saying ‘‘Unable to access'' with further information.
