A ticket confirmation is an official communication you receive from FIFA Ticketing once your purchase has been successfully completed. If you purchase tickets during the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Play-Off Tournament sales phase, you will receive an invoice attached to the ticket confirmation email, along with a ticket purchase number. It is strongly recommended that you read your ticket confirmation email carefully.
Please note that the ticket confirmation email and/or a copy of the ticket receipt are not considered tickets and cannot be used for entry into the stadium. Only the mobile ticket in the FWC26 Play-Off Mobile Tickets app is considered a valid ticket.
